Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Account Admin / Executive to handle day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and willing to take initiative to support company operations -- even available to respond to urgent matters when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage general office administration, documentation, and filing.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports as required.
Support purchasing, inventory tracking, and office supplies management.
Assist management with scheduling, meeting coordination, and task follow-up.
Maintain good communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Support company operations, HR, and finance teams as needed.
Perform other administrative or executive-related tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or executive roles (preferred but not required).
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and some knowledge on accounting software.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Willingness to respond to urgent messages during off-hours when necessary.
Must have own transport and be able to travel to the office regularly.
