Handle company accounts, including monitoring cash flow, managing and maintaining banking information, preparing and consolidating financial records, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Prepare monthly payments to staff and vendors.
Compile and provide supporting documents to auditors and tax agents for the preparation of annual audits and tax filings.
Liaise with the company secretary on the annual submission of statutory documents; arrange and circulate statutory documents for Directors\xe2\x80\x99 signatures.
Manage the filing system, which comprises both manual and electronic filing.
Coordinate meetings.
Liaise with the company secretary on the minutes of meetings and prepare meeting reports on a quarterly basis.
Assist in event organization.
Chairman\'s Office:
Assist the Chairman with flight and hotel bookings.
Arrange hotel bookings for overseas guests.
Manage and record property-related matters, such as making payments for quit rent and assessments, maintenance fees, etc.
Handle private financial matters.
Reserve parking for external guests.
Arrange meals and beverages as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile discrepancies in financial documentation and resolve any issues promptly.
Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting as needed.
Provide courteous and timely responses to any inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of financial activities.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Experience Required: Min 2 Year/s
