The Company



We are partnering with The Solar House Sdn. Bhd. (TSH), a Malaysian company specializing in providing comprehensive solar photovoltaic (PV) services, including consultancy, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV systems.

As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting administrative functions to ensure the efficient operation of the company's accounting processes within the solar energy sector. To oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely processing of financial documents, and assist in administrative tasks that support the company's financial health and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



Financial Oversight:

Monitor and manage the company's financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all financial activities adhere to local regulations and company policies

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Process invoices, manage payments, and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

Bank Reconciliation:

Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between company records and bank statements.

Documentation:

Maintain organized records of all financial transactions, contracts, and correspondence.

Reporting:

Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with finance and administrative trams to ensure cohesive operations.

Communication:

Effectively communicate with internal departments and external partners regarding financial matters.

Bookkeeping:

Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.

Financial Analysis:

Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

Attention to Detail:

Ensure accuracy in all financial documentation and reporting.

The Ideal Candidate:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Advanced studies or certifications in accounting or financial management. Professional certifications in accounting or finance is an advantage. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial administration, preferably within the renewable energy or construction industry. Experience with financial operations in the solar energy sector is preferred. Experience supporting financial aspects of large-scale projects. Familiar with financial processes related to solar PV projects. Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the renewable energy industry. Proficiency in Accounting software such as Oracle or similar platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office for financial analysis and communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proactively identify issues and develop solutions to financial challenges. Flexibility to adjust to changing financial regulations and company needs.
