Job Description


  • You\'ll manage day-to-day financial tasks, including invoicing, billing, and processing payments.
  • You\'ll maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and updated.
  • You\'ll assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and preparing financial reports for management.
  • You\'ll handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and communication with clients and vendors.
  • You\'ll support the team by coordinating administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
  • You\'ll assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate employee compensation and benefits.
  • You\'ll liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth administrative and financial operations.
  • You\'ll provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing financial reports, presentations, and follow-up documents.
Responsibilities
  • You\'ve got 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
  • You\'re detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring that no numbers or documents are out of place.
  • You\'re proactive and can take initiative, solving problems and streamlining processes as needed.
  • You\'re an excellent communicator, able to manage client and vendor relationships professionally and efficiently.
  • You\'re proficient in accounting software and Excel, able to manage financial data with accuracy.
  • You\'re adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is a daily requirement.
  • You\'re a team player, happy to support your colleagues in achieving smooth operations.
  • You\'ve great communication skills, both in Mandarin and English, and can work effectively with diverse teams.
