Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge of Autocount software is an advantage
- Good knowledge in Ms Office (Words & Excel)
- Must be able to work independently and commence immediately/short notice
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess own transport
:
- Receive, verify and key in invoices
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system (Autocount)
- Arrange month end payment for account due
- Maintain financial files and records
- Filing
- Perform other related duties as required by manager
- Any other admin job related to the department
