Job Resposibilities:
- Maintaining accounting records like sorting and filing financial documents, posting transactions, and updating accounting records in systems like SQL or others.
- Preparing and processing invoices, payment vouchers.
- Managing petty cash and ensuring proper documentation.
- Handling tasks like managing mail, answering phones, responding to emails and walk in clients.
- To perform day to day administration and office general admin
- Communication with clients to clarify payment
Requirements:
- Can start immediately
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- Minimum 2 years experience in account
- Proficient in POS and SQL systems
- Strong interpersonal, communication, verbal and written skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
