  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, Marketing, Communication, or any other related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Sufficient knowledge in accounting and basic audit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the Accounting field, or as Office Administrator.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and is detail oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills., organizational and communication skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative, flexibility, adaptability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
Tanggungjawab
  • Full Set Account
  • Responsible for managing all payments processing matters of the company to ensure all payables are completed timely.
  • Regular and frequent communication with the finance team to ensure all financial records and documents of the company are consistent.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management or any events.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
