Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, Marketing, Communication, or any other related field from an accredited college or university.
Sufficient knowledge in accounting and basic audit.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin.
1-3 years of experience in the Accounting field, or as Office Administrator.
Possess strong problem-solving skills and is detail oriented.
Excellent time management skills., organizational and communication skills.
Be able to demonstrate initiative, flexibility, adaptability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsible for managing all payments processing matters of the company to ensure all payables are completed timely.
Regular and frequent communication with the finance team to ensure all financial records and documents of the company are consistent.
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management or any events.
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
