Job Description


- At least two (2) years of working experience in a similar or related capacity.- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Self-motivated, committed and result-oriented.- Must possess own transport.- Mandarin speaking is a must.Responsibilities- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer\'s satisfaction and to maintain the company\'s reputation- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.- Responsible for annual budget preparation.- Analyze revenue, costs, and expenses to support business objectives.- Proficiency in tax management.- Liaise with financial institutions for banking matters.BenefitsFlexible working hrsProfit sharingCompany tripAdditional Benefits
