Requirements
- Supervise and assist in day-to-day operations.
- Daily reconciliation upload of self-bill e-invoice.
- Preparation of payroll.
- Ensure timely submission of EA forms, tax filings and other statutory reports.
- Review supplier invoices, reconcile statements and follow up on outstanding items.
- Other ad-hoc projects, duties and responsibilities as required by management.
- Experience in E-commerce industry will be added advantage
Responsibilities
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting, preferably in retail or E-commerce industry. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Solid working knowledge of accounting systems and software applications (e.g. SQL and Microsoft Office applications)
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills as well as attention to detail.
