Location: Klang Industrial Park, Pulau Indah, Selangor Job Highlights \xe2\x80\xa2 Immediate vacancy available \xe2\x80\xa2 Canadian invested company \xe2\x80\xa2 Green and renewable energy industry, a sun-rising business \xe2\x80\xa2 Passionate, energetic and innovative work culture \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding career growth & development opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 Multitasking job including finance, HR and office administration works etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 In charge of the company accounting day to day, tax, statutory, and various administrative related duties & transactions \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare monthly financial report and cash flow report and other related documents \xe2\x80\xa2 Update timely the complete accounting functions of the company including AP, AR, Journal etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheques) \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling HR function such as payroll, EPF, SOCSO etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage day to day office administration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the management in procurement of equipment for projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the management in marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other assignments and tasks as and when requested by management Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree or a diploma in accountancy, finance or business administration \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): Fluent in written & spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English \xe2\x80\xa2 Have strong interpersonal, written and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Be passionate, energetic and proactive Company Overview Solmax is a global environmental solution provider with its headquarters in Canada.
