ENSURE NEW ACCOUNT OPENING FORM SUBMIT BY TRADING CLERK/REP & REMISIER IS WRITTEN / TYPE CORRECTLY BEFORE KEY-IN IN PDF FILE. FOR MARGIN ACCT NO NEED TO KEY-IN IN PDF FILE.
CHANGE OF REMISIER IF CLIENT FROM DIFFERENT BRANCH
MANAGING THE ONBOARDING PROCESS FOR NEW MR / REMISIER
EMAIL TO JB OPERATIONS FOR ANY REQUEST BY REMISIER
ENSURE ALL T+3 CONTRACTS ARE SETTLED BY REMISIER BEFORE 3.30PM
SUBMIT ALL UTILITIY BILLS AND OFFICE MAINTENANCE BILLS
BUY STATIONERY & OFFICE SUPPLIES
ARRANGE COURIER SERVICE TO PICK UP DOCUMENT / PACKAGE
SUBMIT PETTY CASH CLAIM INTO I-LEAP SYSTEM
prefer female candidate
mainly to liaise with new clients to fill up the paperwork (forms, IC, bank accounts) for "opening account" for trading purpose
candidate is also required to follow up/coordinate for the complete set of documents submission between clients and JHB HQ (located in Plaza Pelangi), normally via phone calls
Education qualification : SPM leavers are also acceptable. However, this candidate must be with good interpersonal skills
If candidate is from the same industry, with 1 to 2 years of experience in the same job role, he/she will be highly preferred. Salary wise also will be adjusted based on the candidate\'s last drawn salary. Examples of stock trading companies are :-RHB investment, M & A Securities, CIMB Investment, Public Share Investment, Affin Hwang Capital, Aminvestment Bank
