Account & Admin Staff

Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll.
Manage administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Support the team with general office administration tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
