a. Coordinate with the team members to achieve project goals, develop a cohesive environment to deliver results and information for financial reporting purposes. Analyze and review project performances based on variance analysis, and provide suggestions if a correction is necessary.
b. Prepare weekly cash flow forecast to maximise utilisation of available financial resources and achieve efficiency in fund management.
c. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and to take proactive actions on any deviations, process invoices and payments
d. Handle day-to-day accounting operations and follow-up on all matters effectively. Eg.-filling,
e. scanning, issuing cheque, key in accounting entry, and etc.
f. Assist the management ensuring Financial Statements were prepared in accordance with MFRS IFRS and the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 in Malaysia. Compliance and adherence to Company SOP to ensure adequate internal control are in place.
g. Conduct all the assigned tasks in professional manner that ensures integrity, dutifully and in good faith in pursuit of knowledge
h. Attend the company events such launching ceremonies, corporate activities, seminars and/or other necessary (if any).
i. Keep proper filing of documentation for easy retrieval and in a secured manner to enable vetting of organisation's correspondences and communication to be in coherence with policies including but not limited to controlling all in-coming/out-going correspondences, emails, calls and faxes; review and comment on memos, minutes, reports, proposals and presentation.
j. Maintain a good rapport with all relevant parties to shape the company's public image with an effective communication strategy that can facilitate sharing of information in and outside the organisation, including media correspondences, communication, emails or websites statement, letters and agreements with consultants, prospect investors, bankers, lawyers, media, business partners, shareholders and other relevant parties and/or authorities.

Job Requirement:
Diploma / Degree in
Accounting / Finance
or equivalent.
. Minimum
2 - 4 years
working experience in accounting,
preferably in property development or construction industry
.
. Familiar with
project accounting
, progress billing, construction claims, and cost control is an added advantage.
.Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or AutoCount) is preferred.
. Good knowledge of
SST, financial reporting standards
, and audit procedures.
.Strong sense of responsibility, able to meet deadlines, and work independently with minimum supervision.
