Job scopeSupport and assist in monthly accounting closing activities, including but not limited to:Prepare and post accounting journal entries with sufficient appropriate supporting and documentationIntercompany balances and transactions reconciliationRun/Execute SAP modules, e.g. fixed asset depreciation, FX revaluation, inventory provision, etcSubmit corporate reporting packBalance sheet accounts reconciliationOther ad-hoc tasks as requiredKnowledge, Skills and ExperienceDegree in Accounting highly preferablePrior internship work exposure to SAP will be advantageousMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft OutlookProfessional business communication skill in English [verbal and written]Keen interest to understand objective of each task, cause and effect of transactions, end-to-end processesGood interpersonal skill and teamwork - to work well in highly collaborative teamFast learner - able to adapt to fast paced changesSelf-starter - able to work independently with minimal supervisionKey Skills Financial Reporting and Analysis, General Ledger (GL), Microsoft ExcelWhatxe2x80x99s In It For You?
