JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Handle accounts payable function, i.e liase with suppliers, perform 3 way matching and key in invoices, prepare payment to suppliers, prepare supplier reconcilation and etc.
• Maintan proper acccounting record and filing system.
• Assist in month end closing process and stocktake.
• Prepare audit schedules.
• Analyse monthly financial performance.
• Involve in daily routine finance operation
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge for SAP or ERP system is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, mature, organized and proactive.
• Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to multi-task and work under minimal supervision.
• Team player with good communication skills, possess strong initiative and good interpersonal skills.
