Responsibilities/Job Scope: \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in monitoring the receivable portfolio and ensure all repayments from customers are paid in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor closely the performance and activities of debt collection and liaise with the Finance Manager to ensure proper management of account receivables. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor closely the performance and activities of debt collection and liaise with repossession agents to ensure proper management of account receivables. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain relationships with customers by liaising directly with customers on any queries/issues related to billing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail \xe2\x80\xa2 Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting. As of today, Green Fusion carries more than 100 varieties of fresh fruits and vegetables and had been actively supplying many recognized hotels, restaurants, fruit stalls, cafes, medical centers, and bakeries. We are also well-known for our pre-cut fresh fruits and mixed salad which had been processed in a well-equipped and hygienic room. Green Fusion is located and fully operated in Jalan Com Industrial Park, Cheras. Up until today, We have 30 highly motivated staff including the operator and management team, and owned five cold trucks.
