DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle customs tax exemption for LMW and subcontractors \xe2\x80\x93 Application and Reports
  • Assist in AP invoice validation and update to system. Ensure timely preparation of monthly AP closing.
  • Prepare due Accounts Payables list and payment vouchers.
  • AP Statement Reconciliation
  • Assist in inventory stocktaking process and Inventory Data Inputs
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax auditors during financial audits.
  • Participate in SOX related activities and fulfilling SOX requirements, where applicable
  • To perform and support any other related job function as and when required by the management


REQUIREMENT:
  • Candidate must possess minimum LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in accounting field, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills, Microsoft office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint), Accounting software, problem-solving skills and analytical skill.
  • Able to speak Mandarin will be additional advantages.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and competent to work under pressure with tight deadlines and fast pace.
  • Able to work independently and with good inter-personal skills and self-initiative
