Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Degree,Diploma, Certificate of LCCI, SPM, or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of relevant working experience as an Accounts Executive.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
A can-do attitude is a must
Applicants must be willing to work at the Melaka office
He/she has good communication skills, is persuasive and pleasant
Five (5) working days per week Responsibilities: To prepare accounts and other reports of the company.
To assist in audit and preparation of supporting schedules.
To issue cheques, bank reconciliation, and journal vouchers.
To prepare D/O, invoice, monthly Company expenses & inter-billing for Companies.
To send out invoices, debit/ credit notes, and statements of account to customers promptly.
To prepare AR aging reports, and update collection status by monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delays & other irregularities.
AR disputes and discrepancies as reverted by customers, promptly communicate to site finance & business for next course of action to speed resolution and collection.
To perform account receivable reconciliations.
To manage queries from customers and follow up on invoice-related issues.
Follow up closely on the overdue accounts.
To prepare Staff Incentive and verify Credit Notes/ Debit Notes are accurately taken up
To maintain an up-to-date aging report and reconciliation report for receivables balances
To assist in the preparation of GST documentation.
Daily checking and monitoring customer accounts and preparing monthly status reports, collection reports & other reports as assigned
To assist in month-end close activities.
Shall perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your superior from time to time Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Salary: RM1,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
