Intermediate in excel worksheet and preferably familiar with SQL accounting systemExcellent in written and verbal communication (both Bahasa Malaysia and English)Attention to detail, maintain confidentiality and disciplinedGood attitude, willing to learn and honestGood problem-solving skills andAble to work under pressure to meet deadlineAbility to multitask and work as a team memberResponsibilities

• Communicating with relevant suppliers including independent contractors to process invoicing or payment queries
• Attaching the correct documentation to invoices and reconciling purchase orders to invoices received
• Posting invoices and credit notes and ensuring they\'re coded correctly in the system
• Preparing monthly supplier statement reconciliations
• Dealing with external and internal queries by phone and email
• Preparing and processing supplier payments and ensuring that Finance Manager has signed all payments off
• Ensuring that all accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures
• Investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items
• Handling petty cash
• Performing monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Issue invoices and official receipt and send to customers
• Ensuring all documents are properly filed and assist with audits
