Branch : Ampang, Selangor.

Here are the responsibilities:

Handle a full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders professionally. Monitor deadlines for statutory submissions and ensure timely compliance. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis when required. Support clients with accounting software usage and troubleshoot basic accounting-related issues. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Desired skill and requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of at least

2-3 years of working

experience in an accounting or audit firm is preferred.

Important

- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. UBS, Odoo, SQL, Autocount, Xero, or QuickBooks). Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards (MPERS/MFRS). Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking. The capability to work with a team and independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
