• Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration
• Fresh graduates or with 1 year working experience from date of application is acceptable
• Fast typing skills;
• Basic research skills
• Know how to organize data well
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Basic understanding of databases
• Great attention to detail
• Able to work independently, with minimum supervision, and good analytical skills.
• Self-discipline with a good learning attitude.
• Has good leadership, had held key leadership roles in extracurricular activities, voluntary work or other significant undertakings
• Possesses strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Analytical skills and attention to detail, with a good technical knowledge
• Fast learner, great interpersonal skills and good people leadership

Tanggungjawab

• Deliver financial reporting and prepare effective business performance analysis
• Optimize and simplify the reporting processes to ensure data integrity
• Support defining business performance indicators and frequency
• Work with various partners to deliver accurate data to improve management reporting effectiveness.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
• Other duties as assigned
