Key Responsibilities:



Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily accounting tasks, including invoices, billing, and payment records

- Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely follow-up

- Support annual audit and tax filing processes

- Maintain proper financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements

- Manage general office duties, including filing, mail, and office supplies procurement

- Assist HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and attendance tracking

- Coordinate internal meetings and company events

- Provide support for other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:



Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.

Proficiency in SQL is

mandatory

.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data handling.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
