Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Receivable (AR):

Checking of e-Invoicing for invoice and credit notes submission Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments Monitor and maintain AR aging Checking on documents Submission of SST
2. Accounts Payable (AP):

Verify supplier invoices and process payments Match purchase orders with delivery orders/invoices Maintain AP aging and ensure timely payments Handle petty cash and staff claims
3. General Ledger (GL):

Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliation Assist in month-end and year-end closing Maintain proper documentation and audit trail Support in financial reporting and statutory submissions
Stock

Maintain accurate stock records in accounting/inventory systems Monitor stock movement ( on stock adjustments, transfers) Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies Prepare monthly inventory reports and analysis Assist in costing of inventory for monthly accounts closing Ensure compliance with company's stock handling and SOP Prepare Lampiran report for Custom Department
*Knowledge in full set account, balance sheet, profit & Loss added advantage

Qualification:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration At least 1 year of working experience in accounting or related field Able to handle Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) tasks Skilled in Bank Reconciliation and Goods and Services Tax (GST) Knowledge in full set account, balance sheet, and profit & loss is an added advantage Proficient in accounting software such as UBS Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
