Requirements



Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 1 years of working experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. Positive attitude and passion for collaborative teamwork. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.

Responsibility



Able to handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment collection. Monitor accounts receivables and issue monthly debtor statements. Coordinate the annual audit process and manage tax-related matters. Maintain knowledge and handle processes related to e-invoicing. Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents regarding accounting matters. Ensure all documentation and filing are accurate and up to date. Perform accurate data entry for all financial transactions. Flexibly perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
