Responsibilities :
Verifying bank deposits
Managing day-to-day transactions
Posting daily receipts
Invoice processing
Processing expense requests
Credit control
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
Banks reconciliation
Liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers
Prepare report sales, stock take
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Banking, or Finance
Bachelor's in Accounting, Banking, or Finance are encouraged to apply.
At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Have good knowledge in Google Workspace, especially in Google Sheets and Accounting system
Excellent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both oral and written.
Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethic, and integrity.
Able to multitask, cheerful, energetic, creative, positive mindset, and self-motivated.
Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to start work immediately.
