Role Description

Financial management:

Handle bookkeeping tasks, data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.

Report preparation:

Assist in creating financial reports to support informed decision-making within the organization.

Administrative support:

Manage correspondence, maintain files and records, and contribute to general office operations.

Team collaboration:

Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure timely and precise financial information.

Process improvement:

Identify and implement efficient systems and procedures to enhance overall productivity.

Compliance:

Adhere to relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies to maintain integrity in financial processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field. Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, to efficiently manage financial data. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and preferably Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and clients. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices. Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
