Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reports.
Handle data entry of invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses into the accounting system.
Prepare and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
Assist in bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
Help prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for audit and reference.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payments and billing issues.
Assist in payroll preparation (if required).
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Accountant.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
