Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / SPM or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Autocount.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possessing accounting knowledge / experience are added advantage.
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist with full set of accounts
  • Take in payment received from AR
  • Checking the AR aging
  • Preparing AP Payment (Utilities, Rental, Supplier & Others Payables)
  • Filling (Invoice, receipts, payment voucher etc)
  • Handle daily sales invoice
  • Manage bank transfer for internal & external
  • Monitoring email & sales report
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed
