Job Description
Our client is a professional accounting firm delivering comprehensive financial solutions for businesses of all sizes. The firm provides a full suite of services including accounting and bookkeeping, tax planning and compliance, audit support, payroll management, and corporate secretarial services. Committed to accuracy, efficiency, and integrity supports clients in maintaining sound financial records, meeting regulatory obligations, and making informed business decisions.
Handle full sets of accounts for multiple clients Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Perform data entry, document management, and general admin tasks Communicate with clients to resolve accounting-related queries Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations Support the team with ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks Learn and gain exposure to diverse clients and industries
Requirements
Minimum SPM; Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 1-2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting Software) Good communication and teamwork skills Self-motivated with a keen interest in accounting and finance
