Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Assist in tracking and following up on monthly rental collections from tenants. Prepare monthly hostel rental and utilities reports, and ensure timely payment. Prepare overused utilities reports on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. Ensure timely filing and maintain a proper and organized filing system. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:



Minimum SPM or Diploma. At least 1 year of related working experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications. Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage. Detail-oriented and accurate in work. Responsible and able to work independently. Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
