We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support the finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with reporting to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and maintaining accounting records.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Maintain organized files for accounting documents and records.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding payment queries.
Involved in stock requisition and maintaining the list.
Requirements:
At least certificate or diploma in Accounting, or related field (or relevant experience).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work at Bukit Jalil, KL.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
