Job responsibilities :
Assist in daily accounting operations and transactions.
Assist in preparing tender document, quotations , purchase order and invoice
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records for easy retrieval.
Manage day-to-day office administration activities, including documentation, filing, correspondence, and coordination of office tasks.
Follow up on pending matters and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Handle general administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Job requirements :
Prefer candidates to be fluent in Malay and English
Good time management in order to complete tasks assigned
Strong communication skills and problem solving
Support team by performing tasks related to organization
Knowledge with SQL accounting software will be an added advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome
Qualification :
Secondary school/Professional certificate/Diploma, Advanced Diploma/Degree
