Job Description

We are currently seeking an Account Assistant to join our team at Excellent CFO, a company secretary firm which providing company secretary service and bookkeeping service.

As an Account Assistant, you will help to help to do bookkeeping and accounting entry for various industry of clients. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with fresh graduate or 1-2 year of experience in a similar role, who are looking to further develop their skills and grow their career in the accounting field.

Requirement

• Proficient in using accounting software (Autocount)
• Accounting Knowledge (Basic Level)
• Computer Skill (Basic Level)
• If consist of Company secretary knowledge (+

20% of basic salary) * Basic Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documents
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
• Assist in the preparation of audit documentation
• Assist with payroll processing
• Handle general administrative tasks as required
