Job Description

Requirements:



Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. 1-2 years of working experience in accounting or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, Autocount, or similar). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Job Responsibilities:



Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing. Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. Handle petty cash, staff claims, and supplier invoices. Assist in month-end closing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. Support audit and taxation processes by preparing relevant documents. Ensure all accounting transactions comply with company policies and procedures. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior or management.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,750.00 per month
