Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, filing, and documentation. Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain and update accounting records, spreadsheets, and databases. Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and reconciliations. Handle petty cash and reimbursement claims. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments on payment or billing matters. Support audit preparation and provide necessary documentation. Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned by the Finance team.

Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to start immediately and commit for the full 5 - 6 month duration.
