Processing and recording of transactions
To prepare daily/monthly petty cash, sales, bank and intercompany reconciliation
Liaise with auditor/tax agent/others company related matters
Perform month-end closing activities and management report preparation
To assist daily operational duties and perform any ad-hoc accounting assignment as assigned by superior from time to time
On a free time, can possibly learn to assist doctors as Clinic Assistant to know the flow / over time when necessary
Keying in Journals, Payment Vouchers, Petty Cash Vouchers, Credit/Debit Noted
Keying in data into system
Organize a filing system
Preferable Male
Able to work independently
Fast learner
Qualifications
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Spoken & Written)
Good Computer Skills (MS Office)
Pleasant personality, dynamic and a positive attitude. A Team Player with a friendly outgoing personality.
At least Diploma qualification are required
Possess cooperative qualities with good interpersonal skill and working attitude
