Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Support in month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Handle petty cash and staff claims.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required.
Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
Assist in preparing HR-related letters (appointment, confirmation, termination, etc.).
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
General Administration:
Manage office administration tasks such as filing, document control, and correspondence.
Assist with procurement of office supplies and other operational needs.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
