*Candidate must possess at least Diploma

*Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent

*At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

*Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, MS Excel, MS Word, Accounting Software

*Preferably, the Junior Executive should specialize in or be equivalent.

*Preferably Language: Mandarin, English & Malay

*Being able to start work immediately would be an advantage or on short notice.

*Issue, receive, and process, quotations, invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and others.

*To carry out general administrative tasks such as filling, preparing memos, notices, letters, etc.

*Handle incoming calls, mail, courier, photocopying, scanning documents, etc.

*Prepare submission claim, Subcon payment &, etc.

*Assist in general accounting-related functions and duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
