Job Scope : 1. Preparation of statutory payment relating to Payroll , e.g. EPF , Income tax and Socso 2. Preparation and submission of all statutory filings in relation to staff employment 3. Assisting with processing of payments to suppliers and staff claims 4. General bookkeeping including data entry into accounting system ( Niagawan ) 5. Reviewing of monthly management reports 6. Assist in monitoring cash requirements and fixed deposits 7. Supervise the filling of online marketing and bookings using the medium chosen or provided by the company (FB, Instagram and others) including updating sales products in the medium concerned. 8. Effectively carry out marketing promotions including on-line and off-line to provide awareness of the company\'s existence in the industry. 9. Oversee all marketing materials including printed documents, marketing locations, web content and social media.
