Prepare relevant document for Payable cycles and get approval by the authorize personnel within time frame.
Ensure the approved payment are completed and delivered to the suppliers.
Monitor the cash flow status for the other related companies assigned.
Preparing documentations for banks, authorities and other related parties as required by superiors.
To assist the Executive on finalizing the Audited Accounts of the company.
Any other related duties that may assign by the superiors with regards to accounts and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
At least 2 years experience in Accounting Department.
Good writing skills in Bahasa and English.
