Assist in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and processing payments
Prepare and update financial documents including receipts, vouchers, and statements
Perform account reconciliation
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain and organize accounting files and documentation
Assist in preparing financial reports for management
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance or Accounting Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
