Responsible to complete daily and monthly accounting activities in a timely and accurate matter to smoothen the month-end and year-end closing process. Handle full set account and ensure timely preparation/review of monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis and etc. Handle daily accounting functions, preparation of payment, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management. To develop and maintain a good professional relationship with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and related business associates. Monitor & review internal controls and ensure compliance with the Company's SOP particularly in cash, stocks, debtors, and daily collection process. Handle and perform any other tasks (including general office administration) as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess Diploma in Accounts / Finance or any other business-related field. At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field. Required Language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in programs including Excel and Word. Ability to work under minimum supervision and withstand pressure to meet deadlines. The candidate(s) are required to report to the CEO/Manager. Good analytic skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
