Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately.
Support the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
Prepare and assist in financial reporting and month-end closing processes.
Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors regarding account balances and transactions.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and relevant regulations.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1 of experience in a similar role preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
