Position: Accounts Assistant

Location: Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang

Responsibilities:

Perform Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including processing, verification, and control of supplier invoices. Handle e-invoicing submission and ensure timely and accurate processing. Maintain proper records and documentation of accounting transactions. Assist in preparing simple financial reports and statements as required. Support the Finance Manager in daily accounting and administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and standards. Liaise with internal departments and external parties on accounting matters when necessary. Perform general administrative duties related to finance and accounts.
Requirements:

Possess basic accounting knowledge (certificates/diploma in Accounting or related fields preferred). Able to communicate in English. Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Applicants must possess own transport.
Working Days: Mon to Fri
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
