Job Description

1. PRINCIPAL FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES



1.1 Account Receivable: To input invoice and generate official receipts from the customers.

1.2 Account Payables: To input supplier invoice and perform reconciliation on supplier statements.

1.3 Reporting: Perform weekly and monthly Sales and Purchase report to Directors.

1.4 Treasury: Perform weekly bank balance update and monthly reconciliation. Check receipt and generate payment to suppliers.

1.5 General Entries: Perform monthly entries for general voucher including but not limited to fixed assets, loans, accruals, prepayments, payroll, petty cash and others.

1.6 Inventory: Assist and monitor monthly stock count process.

1.7 Organize and filing of the invoices for record purpose.

1.8 Dealing with bank for daily transaction involving bank visit, preparing bank facilities and others.

2. QUALIFICATION: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE



2.1 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Finance/Accounting or equivalent.

2.2 Candidate with 0-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is welcome to apply.

2.3 Capable in Microsoft Excel, word and Auto-count.

2.4 Communicate in both Malay and English.

2.5 Excellent organization skills in both routine and ad-hoc tasks with clear priorities.

2.6 Excellent communication skills in presenting report and interaction with other stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
