Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY

Preparing and sending sales invoices. Assisting with monthly account documentation. Processing payment vouchers. Monthly posting of collection of receivables from customers. Managing e-invoices using Master Accounting Software Provide general clerical support. Handle daily data entry. Assist with month-end reports. Ensure accurate document filing. Participate in stock takes and support audits as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by Top Management.

REQUIRMENT

At least

1- 2 year(s)

of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage. Good command in Mandarin (added advantages), English and Bahasa Malaysia. Possess a minimum SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in a related field. Able to work independently and be a good team player.
