We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Account Assistant
to support our Finance/Accounts department. The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, ensure accurate financial records, and provide administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports.
Handle data entry for invoices, receipts, and payments.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconcile bank statements and account balances.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding billing and payment matters.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Finance team.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount, or similar) is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
