Experience in using the UBS system.
To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
To ensure urgent payment is expedited in time.
Record verified purchase invoices and upload into the accounting system.
Issue a payment voucher and a sales invoice.
Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and in line with company accounting policies as well as relevant accounting standards.
Check and ensure all transactions are processed accurately in the system.
Keep and record all the accounting documents, and ensure that all filling is done in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform all other duties, activities, and responsibilities that may assigned by superior whenever necessary from time to time.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
