Handle day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in financial analysis and forecasting activities.
Participate in the preparation of financial audit materials.
Maintain accurate financial records and files for reference.
Perform draft tax computations
Liaise with secretary, tax agents and external auditors
Processing supplier invoices and preparation of payment according to company's policies and procedures and ensure its payment timely.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates or candidates with minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field, especially in handling and managing account administration.
Preferably those who have worked in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and UBS software.
