Job Description

Responsibilities



Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. Perform monthly bank reconciliations. Preparing monthly account payable payment (Utilities, Rental, Supplier & Other Payables) Maintaining current records of collected payments and update cash book accordingly. Assist to check monthly sales claims, staff claims, driver allowance claims and transporter claims. Send Statement of Account to customers and follow up customer payment.Issue customer credit notes and debit notes. Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries. Coordinate and liaise with related departments on accounting matters. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management. Working hour 8.30am-5.30pm

Requirements



Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related fields. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Ability to work independently with multiple task. Pleasant personality and able to work in fast spaced environment Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,001.00 per month
